40 hours per week. Salaries are $413.00, $400.00, $350.00 and $400.00
respectively. Foreperson must have supervisory skills and able to work well
with others. Carpenters must have

layout, researching designs, and compliance with sign standards. All

10. Rail Map Developer (2) is required PENDING FUNDING
APPROVAL by the Random North Development Association for eighteen (18) weeks to
develop a map of the rail bed going from Goobies to Terra Nova. The applicants
will record the various communities along with the tourist outlets such as
hotels, B & B’s, gas stations, etc. The successful applicant should possess
the following: Must have a Degree in Geographical Information Systems and/or
Coastal Mapping/Management; Must demonstrate knowledge in map development; experience
in properly recording collected inventory date; Knowledge of trails development;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under minimal
supervision; Must display excellent organizational skills; Strong knowledge of
workplace safety; Must possess/demonstrate strong Team Building Skills; Must be
dynamic, creative, energetic, and enthusiastic; Must possess knowledge of
computer troubleshooting, along with, knowledge of computer programs and
research techniques available through the internet; Must have Driver’s License
/ access to a vehicle; First Aid would be an asset; Occupational Health and
Safety Training would be an asset; Salary is based on $413.00/week; Duties
include: travel along the rail bed route to record the direction of the trail,
travel to all communities to record information such as hotels, motels, B &
B’s, gas stations, tourist chalets, etc which would be of interest to tourists
and local residents who will travel the trail, design and develop the layout of
